What You'll Do

Own and manage a portfolio of client cases from start to finish Communicate updates, build trust, and deliver world-class client experience Work closely with enrolled agents and compliance to move cases successfully Stay organized while handling a fast-moving, high-volume workload Crush monthly closure goals while maintaining client satisfaction

Irvine, CA (in-office only)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
