Idaho Falls Rescue Mission (IFRM) is a gospel rescue mission that exists to provide help, hope and a future to the hungry, homeless and hopeless in our community through the power and love of Jesus Christ. Responsibilities:

- Provide case management services to individuals and families in need

- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate service plans

- Coordinate and monitor services to ensure client progress and goal achievement

- Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources and support systems

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and counselors, to provide comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Experience:

- Previous experience in case management or related field required

- Knowledge of Medicare, Section 8, child welfare, and other relevant programs

- Familiarity with motivational interviewing, crisis management, addiction counseling, and mentoring techniques

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in supervising staff or volunteers is a plus
