We are seeking dedicated

Case Managers

to join our team and support families involved with the CPS system. This is a

1099 independent contractor role

offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Position Overview

Case Managers play a vital role by:

Receiving referrals from DoHS, Judges, or CPS workers. Delivering

Individualized Parenting and Adult Skill Building Services

. Assisting clients with

basic home management skills

and building social/emotional support networks. Providing hands-on guidance, role modeling, and direct support to improve parental competence in areas such as discipline, supervision, child development, and appropriate caregiving. Transporting clients to required services (e.g., drug screens, court, or appointments), when requested.
This position requires flexibility, as client scheduling may include

evenings and weekends

. Significant driving is involved and is

reimbursed per mile

.

Qualifications

At least

21 years of age

. Valid

Driver's License

and

clean driving record

. Reliable vehicle with current insurance.

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field

, such as: Social Work (BSW) Sociology, Psychology, Counseling Interpersonal Communication, Human Services Primary or Secondary Education Criminal Justice Board of Regents with Human Services emphasis Gerontology, Family & Consumer Services Clear

criminal background check

(fingerprinting required). No history with

CPS/APS

. Prior experience working with children and providing direct services to families. Strong

communication and documentation skills

. Ability to work independently with professionalism and reliability.
