Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate behavioral health professional to join our dedicated team. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, registered nursing, or relevant licensure (RN, LPC, LCDC, QMHP, CSSP). This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practices, and a passion for supporting individuals and families facing mental health and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Services

  • Provide community-based support services in homes, schools, and office settings
  • Deliver skills training, case management, and service coordination
  • Teach essential life skills, social skills, and coping mechanisms to help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans focused on recovery and client-specific goals
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies to reduce hospitalizations and provide early support
  • Coordinate care by connecting clients with medical, educational, and social service resources
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of client charts, including intake packets, CANS/ANSA assessments, ISPs, and progress notes
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
  • Report to leadership on program performance, compliance issues, and corrective actions
  • Participate in audits, reviews, and surveys
