Carrier Accounts Payable Representative

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations by resolving payable issues, releasing payments, and providing outstanding service to both our partners and internal teams. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and brings strong problem-solving skills to the table.

If you are located in Iowa, you can work fully remote. If you are located in Chicago, IL or Eden Prairie, MN, this role follows a hybrid schedule with two days in the office and three days from home.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES





The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Leverage systems and processes to resolve payable issues daily and meet quality standards Release direct payments to carriers and invoices to customers Apply critical thinking to resolve open payables questions with partners Make timely, sound decisions while managing competing priorities Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership when needed Suggest and support process improvements to drive efficiency Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, providing professional and timely service Continue developing skills and expanding knowledge of direct payables processes Collaborate with your team and provide backup support as needed Perform additional duties as assigned based on team and country requirements


QUALIFICATIONS





Required:



High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1 year of data entry experience Minimum 1 year of strong customer service experience leveraging written and verbal communication skills


Preferred:



Experience with Jira or Navisphere Experience with Triumph system Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume, professional environment Critical thinking and decision-making skills Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience managing conflict and sensitive topics with professionalism Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range



$16.11 - $33.46



The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
