Duties
Operate professional carpet cleaning equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from various types of carpets and rugs.
Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and techniques to promote sustainable practices while ensuring effective results.
Inspect assigned areas to identify specific cleaning needs and develop tailored cleaning plans.
Maintain detailed records of services performed, including work logs and safety checklists.
Assist with routine maintenance of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale cleaning projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in carpet cleaning or janitorial services--preferably within commercial or environmental services settings.
Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods including hot water extraction, steam cleaning, or encapsulation techniques.
Ability to operate various cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with an active approach to completing tasks thoroughly.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform repetitive motions throughout the day.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client needs.
Owning truck mount equipment is a plus but not required.
