Overview:

Turn Cycle Solutions (TCS) is looking for a skilled maintenance technician with a strong background in property maintenance who is ready to take on diverse, hands-on tasks in residential and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Tasks:

- Property Maintenance: Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including general carpentry, drywall repairs, light masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and painting.
- Repairs and Upkeep: Handle repairs on windows, doors, locks, and other property fixtures to maintain the highest standards of appearance and functionality.
- On-Site Clean-Up: Ensure daily job sites are left clean and organized by performing routine dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming.
- Exterior Work: Perform exterior tasks, such as siding repair, landscaping, snow removal, and exterior rot replacement as needed.
- Supply Runs: Coordinate and execute minimal material runs to ensure projects have necessary supplies, with assistance from the office support team for scheduling and materials.
-Responsible for preparing, transporting, and delivering open-top dumpsters to customer sites and local transfer stations while safely navigating a variety of environments. Duties include daily route completion, vehicle inspections, paperwork, and adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Documentation: Keep detailed daily job logs for each project site, including a minimum of four photos per site to capture progress and quality benchmarks.
- Client Interaction: Maintain professionalism with homeowners or building managers to ensure satisfaction and address any on-site questions.
- Appearance & Conduct: Maintain a clean appearance, wearing TCS-branded apparel, and punch in and out using CoConstruct for accurate time tracking.

Requirements:

- Experience: 7+ years in property maintenance or related handyman experience, with skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Driver's License: Valid license and reliable vehicle (pickup truck or van preferred).
- Tool Kit: Own a set of basic tools (hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, utility knife, saws, and drills).
- Availability: Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with nights and weekends as needed.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, and working on ladders.
