Minimum Responsibilities

Perform fixture installation, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job. Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Engage in mold remediation efforts as needed, following safety protocols. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure structures are plumb and level during framing carpentry tasks. Apply caulking where necessary to seal joints and gaps effectively. Participate in construction painting projects, ensuring a clean and professional finish.

Qualifications

Must have clean & valid Driver License Must have your own tools and vehicle Proven experience in carpentry or related labor work is preferred. Familiarity with fixture installation techniques and hand tools is essential. Knowledge of mold remediation practices is a plus. Strong understanding of framing carpentry principles is necessary. Skillful application of caulking techniques is needed for effective sealing. Experience in construction painting will be advantageous for this role. Ability to lift, carry, hold, heavy building materials including sheets of drywall, plywood, cabinets, vanities, and countertops. Positive disposition with a team player mindset.
