Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and labor-intensive work. This position involves working on diverse construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently while collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals.

Duties

Perform fixture installations, including cabinets and doors, ensuring precise measurements and alignment. Execute siding installation and repairs, maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of buildings. Build frameworks and structures as per project specifications, demonstrating strong construction skills. Carry out flooring installations, ensuring a level and secure fit for various types of flooring materials. Assist in roofing projects, including repairs and new installations, while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct construction painting duties, applying finishes with attention to detail. Additional duties as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in fixture installation techniques, particularly for cabinets and doors. Experience with siding installation and repair methods. Strong building skills with the ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of flooring installation practices for various materials such as hardwood, laminate, or tile. Familiarity with roofing systems and best practices for installation and maintenance. Understanding of mold remediation processes to ensure compliance with health standards. Competence in construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior applications. Ability to perform masonry tasks effectively, showcasing craftsmanship in brick or stone work.
