Day in the life of a Crew Member:

Process orders at the cash register Prepare food for guest orders Clean, cut and prepare food for cooking Keep the kitchen spotless and utensils clean Assist in keeping all part of the restaurant looking fantastic for our guests

Training

Learning all aspects of Carl's Jr.


Prep, Grill, Front of House, Register Stations, and Drive Thru Windows for Opening and Closing Shifts. Willingness to meet Carl's Jr. Standards to Help Our Stores Shine.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older. Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting. Posses basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
