$16 - $19 per hour (depending on experience)

Morning or Afternoon Shifts

Responsibilities:

Ambulation & Mobility Assistance:

Help clients with walking and moving around the facility.

Personal Care Support:

Assist clients with their daily hygiene and personal care needs.

Meal Planning & Preparation:

Plan and prepare meals for clients according to their needs.

Light Housekeeping:

Perform household tasks that clients are unable to complete on their own.

Companionship:

Provide a pleasant and supportive presence for the clients.

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a background check through the MN Department of Health and Human Services. Reliable transportation to and from work. A compassionate attitude towards the care and well-being of others. Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate and respond to individual needs. Ability to see and hear to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Ability to respond to emergencies in accordance with company procedures and guidelines. Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
