We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate

CNA / Caregiver / HHA

to join our growing team in

Waterloo, Iowa

. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily activities and providing essential in-home support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Monitor and report changes in client's condition Follow care plans and communicate with family members and healthcare professionals as needed Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)

Requirements:

Current CNA license in the state of Iowa or experience as a caregiver/HHA Previous home care or facility-based care experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation
