- By participating in the Northbridge Earn While You Learn Program, you will be paid to earn a 54-Hour Personal Care Services training certificate! This program is compliant with Massachusetts EOEA regulations and qualifies you to work in Assisted Living communities in Massachusetts.
Your work address is where our residents call home. There will be staff meetings, call bells, beds to make, and socks to help put on, there will also be moments to join the table of Veterans recalling stories of shore leave, accompanying someone on a sunny walk to the resident\xe2\x80\x99s garden to pick fresh herbs, and spirited impromptu debates about John Wayne\xe2\x80\x99s best film as you pass through the hall. Our team is here to make our resident\xe2\x80\x99s lives easier and happier. They along with their families trust you to provide quality compassionate care. What will you do? You will ensure our resident\xe2\x80\x99s needs of daily living are met by providing limited personal assistance such as, but not limited to, assisting residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, serving meals, laundering clothes and linens, visiting with residents, and attending to other resident needs as they arise.
