Job Summary


We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality in-home and community-based care for individuals with diverse needs. This role involves supporting residents with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Duties



Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient vital signs and observe changes in health status Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation Support residents during outings or community activities to promote social engagement Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with transfers Document care provided accurately in compliance with agency policies Follow established care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia, Alzheimer's, or developmental disabilities care Respond promptly to emergencies with first aid or CPR when necessary

Experience


Candidates should have prior experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living, nursing homes, home health, hospice care, or group homes. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, dementia, or memory care is highly valued. Knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring, vital signs measurement, and safety protocols like HIPAA compliance is essential. Previous roles involving long-term care, resident support, or social work will be considered advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate patience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a compassionate approach toward residents' well-being.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
