Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers--whom we proudly call Care Professionals--to join our special team serving clients in St. George. We provide non-medical services that help aging adults remain in the comfort of their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity, compassion, and respect.

We are currently hiring for immediate overnight shifts and are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver one-on-one care in the client's home Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, and mobility support as needed Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Support clients with dementia or memory loss following personalized care plans Document tasks and observations according to policy Communicate clearly with the scheduling and client care teams Represent Home Instead's mission and core values in every interaction Identify what a great day looks like for your client and strive to bring joy to every interaction

Required Qualifications



Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Proof of auto insurance Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Ability to lift, transfer, and perform physical tasks as needed Commitment to consistent attendance and reliable communication Preferred Qualifications Experience working with older adults or in a caregiving role (formal or informal) Familiarity with personal care and dementia-related support Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay: $16.00-$18.00/hour Paid orientation and ongoing training Paid time off (after 60 days of employment) Employer-sponsored health insurance (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement - IHCRA) 401(k) retirement plan with company match (after 1 year of service) Flexible scheduling with part-time availability 24/7 on-call support for emergencies Supportive team culture with recognition and growth opportunities
