Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. A Home Helpers Caregiver plays a key role in promoting dignity and independence by helping clients live safe and happy lives.

Duties

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.

Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.

Support clients with mobility challenges using equipment like a gait belt or sit-to- stand when needed.

Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall quality of life.

Preparing fresh and healthy meals

Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health care, hospice care, or facility experience, long-term care is preferred.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, or memory care is highly valued.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Ability to perform lifts and transfer and assist clients with mobility challenges safely.

A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a respectful manner.
