Caregivers start at $22.15 - 24.60 per hour base wage, depending on experience. Shift differentials are offered for swing and NOC shifts.

We have one full-time, benefit-eligible position available:

NOC (Overnight) Shift Friday through Monday 2:00-10:30pm Shift differentials offered!

Experience preferred, but we will train the right person.

Ideal candidates must have the heart and dedication for serving others, as well as:

Be committed to and passionate about customer satisfaction Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Be an outstanding team player Possess a high school diploma or equivalent/ Be able to read, write, and speak English Must be 18 years or older Must be organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating, with ability to communicate well Ability to respect the confidentiality of all clients/staff Good public relations skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, volunteers, staff, and the general public Professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliable, ethical.
