is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Caregiver

to join our team. The

Caregiver

will provide exceptional care to our residents during

Day & Night hours

, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies.

Safety and Security:

Conduct regular safety checks and rounds to ensure a secure environment. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized living space. Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Documentation:

Accurately document care provided and any notable changes in residents' conditions. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families. Assist in coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Experience:

Previous caregiving experience in an assisted living or similar environment preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong observational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Certifications:

CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents using proper lifting techniques. Capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Capacity to respond quickly in emergency situations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
