About the Role

Aspire Caregiving is seeking a

dependable, compassionate in-home caregiver

to provide

personal care and companionship

for a client in

Pleasant Hill, OR

.

This caregiving position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping seniors and adults with daily living activities and wants to make a meaningful difference in their community. We are looking for a

female caregiver (Level 2 or Level 3)

with

medication administration experience

.

Whether you have experience as a

CNA, home health aide, or personal support worker

, your empathy and reliability are what matter most. If you're kind-hearted, professional, and eager to provide quality care, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Assist with

personal care

(bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Provide

companionship and emotional support

Help with

meal preparation, cooking, and light housekeeping

Run errands and handle

grocery shopping

Offer

basic pet care

as needed Drive client to

appointments or community outings

(must have reliable transportation) Follow individualized

care plans

and communicate effectively with the team

Requirements

Availability:

Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Preferred:

Female caregiver

,

Level 2/3

with

medication administration skills

Must be

18 years or older

Valid driver's license

, reliable vehicle, and

active auto insurance

Ability to

speak, read, and write English clearly

Professional attitude and excellent hygiene Genuine

compassion for seniors and individuals with disabilities

Willingness to attend a

paid skills/training assessment and orientation

at our Eugene office (11AM - 4PM)

Our starting pay for all caregivers is $17 per hour. What is your minimum expected hourly rate? Do you hold a valid driver's license? If so, please indicate the month and the year of your expiration date. Additionally, do you have a reliable vehicle and active auto insurance? Are you able to provide transportation for clients when necessary? We'd love to hear about any special skills, training, or certifications you've picked up along the way that make you an awesome caregiver! Feel free to share anything you think helps you shine in this role! Your primary client's schedule is Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Are you able to commit to this schedule for at least the next 90 days? In addition, are you open to working with clients in Lane County (Eugene & Springfield)? Our paid training and skills assessment is conducted in-person at our Eugene office. What day are you available to attend the full session from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
