Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our care coordination team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and assistance tailored to their individual needs. You will primarily work onsite, providing a safe and nurturing environment for those you support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care coordination team. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. Collaborate with nursing staff and family members to meet client care needs and objectives.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.


Compassion and patience in caring for others. Strong communication skills, particularly in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred. Willingness to learn and comply with health and safety regulations.

Bonus If You:

Have relevant certifications, such as CNA or HHA. Are bilingual, with proficiency in languages other than English. Possess additional training in first aid or CPR.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in client's location.
