Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. This role involves helping clients maintain their independence, ensuring their safety, and promoting their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities Observe and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or family members Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Experience

Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license (if transportation is required) Willingness to undergo background checks and pass any required screening processes

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
