Caregivers wanted for Full Time AM shifts and every other weekend on PM shifts at our Minong Residential Home.

WE WILLL TRAIN MOTIVATED AND RELIABLE CANDIDATES INTO LEAD POSITIONS. We are growing and looking for candidates that want to grow with our company!

AM shifts: 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend on PM shift

PM shifts are every other weekend 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Caregivers are responsible for the daily cares of individuals living in the home, interacting with individuals, implementing program goals, and assisting individuals in the community as necessary. Our home is well kept and a beautiful place for our residents comfort and enjoyment. There is no regular heavy lifting or moving residents or violent behavior. This position reports to, and is supported by, the House Manager/Supervisor.

Specific duties:

*Ensure the safety, comfort, health and welfare of each individual in their care.
*Help individuals with their daily tasks, as necessary.
*Assist in proper lifting and transferring of individuals.
*Passing medications and doing proper documentation.
*Document accurately for each individual's progress plan daily.
*Provide training and assistance individual's in daily living skills.
*Following each individuals daily routines, set up in the CSSP Addendum.
*Assure all individuals rights are being observed.
*Proven experience or interest in this or relevant position. We will train the right candidates
*Committed to health & safety
*Transport individuals as necessary.
*Take individuals out into the community.
*Create a nurturing environment for all in the facility.
*Assist in Job Coaching of newly hired staff as needed or directed by House Supervisor.
*Attend all staff meetings and trainings (online and off site).
Maintain confidentiality of all material, records, etc of individuals.Help individuals in bathing, toileting, dressing and other personal cares as needed.*Competency in ARCH policy and procedures and mandated policies by DHS.
*Ensure individual's laundry is clean, assist or wash as required with each individual.
*Other reasonable duties as requested by House Supervisor or ARCH owners.
*Prepare well balanced meals within the guidelines of each individual's requirements or special diets.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
