We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, community, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor and observe patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly
Administer medications and manage care plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and facility protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary
Support patients with Alzheimer's, dementia, autism, or other developmental disabilities through specialized care techniques
Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and monitor vital signs to ensure patient safety
Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control standards
Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations
Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
Assist with transportation using appropriate equipment for residents' appointments or outings
Qualifications
Prior experience in home health, hospice care, nursing homes, assisted living, or group homes is preferred
Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and care planning
Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly desirable
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's/dementia, or memory care needs is advantageous
Ability to lift heavy loads safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward residents' diverse needs
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in various care environments

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
