Precious Elders Home Care Agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the South Bay. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and support to our clients in their homes. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing and serving meals according to the client\'s dietary needs and preferences
• Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Providing clients transportation to medical appointments and social activities
• Adhering to infection control and safety guidelines
• Maintaining client confidentiality and respecting their privacy and dignity

Requirements

• Must have a TB clearance
• Must have proof of covid vaccination
• Must have fingerprinting clearance
• Must be registered on the Home Care Aide Registry
• At least three years of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting
• ID compliant with I-9 requirements
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
