All Embracing Home Care in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the Fargo area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with

personal care

needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support). Provide

homemaking services

such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Support clients with

errands, shopping, and transportation

to appointments or community activities. Offer

companionship

and engage clients in meaningful activities. Monitor client's condition and promptly report changes to program coordinator. Maintain accurate and timely

documentation

of services provided. Follow individualized care plans and agency policies. Ensure client safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in caregiving or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check
