Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to four residents in an assisted living home. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or autism. Prior experience in long-term care or home health is preferred, and training will be provided where necessary.

Duties

??Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, cooking, mobility, and personal care ??Administer medications as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) ??Maintain accurate and detailed documentation ??Keep both resident areas and caregiver's living quarters clean and organized ??Promote a safe, respectful, and homelike environment

Requirements

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) ??CPR certification ??Must pass a physical exam and background check ??Must be able to speak and write English proficiently to ensure clear communication and accurate
documentation

??Must be legally authorized to work in the United States ??Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans ??Responsible, caring, and professional demeanor
