Caregiver - Right at Home Northwest

Job Summary:

Right at Home Northwest is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of caregivers who provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing exceptional care and support in their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks Develop personal relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences Monitor client health and wellness, reporting any changes or concerns to the care coordinator Collaborate with other caregivers and care coordinators to ensure seamless care delivery Maintain accurate records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration Participate in training and orientation programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

+ 0 years of experience in caregiving or a related field (training provided)
+ Ability to provide exceptional care and support to clients with varying needs
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Physical ability to lift, bend, and move as necessary
+ Reliable transportation to client homes
+ Must be able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
