We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities, helping to improve their quality of life, and ensuring they maintain their independence for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being. Administer medication as instructed and monitor the client's health condition. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed. Maintain clear communication with family members and healthcare providers regarding client care. Document and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to supervisory staff.


Qualifications:


Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of empathy, patience, and compassion. Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and transferring clients. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
