Define core competencies, skills, and behaviors for each level.
Facilitate promotions and lateral moves; ensure visibility and equity.
Prepare talent for internal opportunities and create succession plans.
Competency Development & Training
Assess competency gaps across teams using career frameworks, performance data, and manager input.
Develop and deliver internal training programs, and resources to close gaps.
Align programs with career progression and collaborate with managers.
Compensation Framework
Define market-aligned salary ranges per role/level.
Link compensation to performance, skills, and career growth.
Ensure internal equity.
Integration & Enablement
Provide frameworks, tools and training for growth discussions and team development.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
5+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, people operations, HR, employee experience, or a related field is a plus
Experience with Workday, Lattice, survey tools and benchmarking platforms is a plus
Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
Having experience studying or working in different countries is a plus
