Career Transition Specialist
Job Description
The Career Transition Specialist is responsible for assisting youth and/or adult program participants in navigating CDTI\'s education, training, and employment services; accessing resources to alleviate participant barriers; making connections to supplemental services to achieve goal related and career readiness milestones; providing case management throughout the participants\' enrollment in program; and maximizing the information and resources provided throughout participants\xe2\x80\x99 program enrollment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour Benefits:
