The Full Employment Council, Inc., a leading non-profit employment and training organization is seeking to
fill the following positions.

CAREER PLACEMENT COODINATOR

RAYMORE / CASS COUNTY

The individual will provide job matching and/or conduct follow-up services to job seekers, review resumes of clients and refer clients to appropriate workshops, hiring fairs and initiatives, provide applicants with interview referrals, conduct follow-up with job seekers and employers to determine retention of job seekers, or jobs and to provide technical support and assistance to increase job retention, , recruit and assist with coordination of employer initiatives 80% response rate from efforts, provide written reports as required, contact and schedule job interviews for customers. Work intensively with all FEC personnel, to refer applicants for open jobs, training to employment, on the job training or direct replacement.

Requires bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in work experience.

Computer skills are essential, (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Must be able to
work in a culturally diverse work environment, must have excellent reference, must be able to pass a background check, must have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
