The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Human & Community Services Division.
Human and Community Service's mission is to support the strengths of families and communities by promoting employment and providing the assistance necessary to help families and individuals meet basic needs and work their way out of poverty. This position will develop training curriculum and conduct training including evaluating results. This position recommends courses of action, weighs effectiveness, and suggests training changes to direct supervisor.

Qualifications
Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
Knowledge of public assistance programs.
Knowledge of training and career development principles and practices.
Knowledge of adult learning and e-learning and organizational assessment methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking.
Skill in researching and developing training curriculum and e-learning models.
Skill in planning, organizing, facilitating or presenting training.
Ability to provide constructive and positive feedback.
Ability to make decisions that are aligned with the goals of the division.
Meet minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, human services with a concentration that is directly related to public assistance, or a closely related field of study.
Four years of client service eligibility coordinator work experience or other job-related work experience with duties that include complex analysis and decision making and/or solving complex client service problems.
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by - case basis.
