Compass Health, a leading provider of psychiatric services, is currently accepting resumes for CareConnect Coordinators at our Home Office in Crowley office.

The CareConnect Coordinator performs a variety of duties both clinical and clerical in nature. This position requires skill in planning, organizing, and coordinating the delivery of intake services to patients, clients, and referral sources as well as the coordination of day to day office activities. The CareConnect Coordinator shall be an active member of the interdisciplinary team. This position shall maintain a supportive working relationship with Program Directors within the organization to facilitate a positive working environment. This position responds to inquiry calls, provides referrals, and coordinates the admissions process according to Federal and State Regulations and Compass Health's Mission.
