We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Care Technology Coordinator to assist with the implementation and ongoing oversight of our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program. This role focuses on uploading applications to patient devices, monitoring incoming data, and providing tech support at various clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Upload and manage RTM applications on patient devices Monitor patient-generated RTM data daily using Track and document patient engagement and alerts Provide in-clinic technology support when assigned Assist with patient onboarding and education related to RTM Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate clearly with providers and clinic staff Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security at all times Support care coordination through and EHR systems

W-2, Non-Exempt Position Hourly Rate: $15-$17/hour Hours: Flexible | Up to 32 hours weekly Start Date: Pending completion of onboarding requirements

Requirements

Knowledge of healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and data security best practices. Prior experience in healthcare or health technology support roles is preferred but not required. This position is integral to advancing our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative patient care through effective use of technology. Medical Terminology Helpful, but not required.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week
