As a CARE Team Representative you need to have a love of technology and a passion for helping people at all levels understand how to use technology to supercharge their agency\xe2\x80\x99s productivity and then implement it for them. You need to be able to use multiple teaching modalities -- everything from live classes to video calls to postings on social media and live chat. You must be a nimble thinker, able to quickly understand the heart of a question and then implement solutions that will help our agents be successful. Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop trusting relationships with customers in your book of business and be responsible for the health of the accounts \xc2\xb7 Responsible for retention, satisfaction & an overall increase in feature usage \xc2\xb7 Host virtual training sessions with customers of different ages and of different levels of understanding \xc2\xb7 Explore and educate customers on all software feature benefits and how to be successful using them \xc2\xb7 Leverage data to recommend and develop customer improvement initiatives that drive feature usage, reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 3+ years of prior SaaS training experience preferred \xc2\xb7 2+ years of prior account management experience \xc2\xb7 2+ years with experience creating customer centric projects or process improvement initiatives preferred \xc2\xb7 Ability to work within Zoom Characteristics: \xc2\xb7 Professional and confident speaker \xc2\xb7 Patient and flexible \xc2\xb7 Programmatic in teaching \xc2\xb7 Able to repeat oneself until the answer is understood \xc2\xb7 Conduit of knowledge or able to find answers to problems \xc2\xb7 Problem solver \xc2\xb7 Curious about technology Still reading?
