Carillon at Belleview Station, one of Denver's premier senior living communities, is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Care Partners through our one-year apprenticeship program. This hands-on role provides comprehensive training in supporting residents with daily care needs, while offering a structured pathway for professional growth in senior living. Throughout the apprenticeship, participants will earn their QMAP and CPR certifications and will have opportunities for advancement as they develop new skills. Duties and Responsibilities:




Assists residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, stand by assistance for bathing, and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan. Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible. Escorts residents to and from activities and meals as needed Assists in serving meals to residents in the dining room or apartments Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents. Performs light housekeeping, following schedules for resident laundry and taking out trash, bedrooms, dining area, living space, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

Qualifications:




Must be 18 years of age or older Willingness to learn and a passion for helping older adults Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay:





$19.29 an hour
