Job Description
The Northeast Nebraska Area Agency on Aging (NENAAA) provides a comprehensive and coordinated service system to older adults. This is done through a variety of services and Programs.
The Northeast Nebraska Area Agency on Aging is seeking a care manager for a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8-4:30. Hours can be flexible with great work/life balance.
Starting pay is $48,048 per year, with a 5% increase after a successful 6-month probationary period.

Duties include completing an assessment, developing a Plan of Care, implementing services, and providing ongoing monitoring and review of our clients.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in the human service field and two years' experience in long term care, community health, etc.
