As the first point of contact for new clients, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families take their first steps toward safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Your work will help seniors remain in their homes, veterans receive the care they've earned, and families navigate some of life's most difficult moments with confidence.
What You'll Do:
Create a positive first impression with every new inquiry--prompt, kind, professional contact matters.
Listen with empathy and screen each case to determine whether our services are the right fit.
Schedule in-home assessments, service visits, and ongoing care checks to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Oversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring that our high standards of care and communication are consistently delivered.
Coordinate schedules with health care facilities
We are available 24/7/365. You will be expected to work rotational 24 hour on call shifts to ensure our clients are receiving the care they deserve.
