Leadership and Personnel Management:Team Development: Interview, hire, orient, train, promote, and conduct performance evaluations for clinical team members in collaboration with the clinic director.
Performance Oversight: Direct the functional and technical job performance of your team, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinic standards.
Staffing & Allocation: Strategically allocate and direct staffing to meet dynamic patient volumes and department objectives, collaborating with other departments and clinic leadership to ensure overall staffing needs are met.
Performance Management: Set clear goals, clarify expectations, monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, recognize and develop skills, and address performance issues using corrective action when necessary.
Compliance: Monitor and maintain licensure and certification requirements for assigned staff, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory mandates.
Operational Oversight and Quality Assurance:Protocol Enforcement: Proactively work with clinic management, physicians, and APRNs to evaluate, monitor, and enforce clinic-specific protocols, procedures, and operational objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic's nursing operations consistently maintain full compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
Process Improvement: Monitor internal policies, implement improvement plans, and recommend revisions to enhance care delivery, efficiency, and patient safety.
Patient Experience Management:Complaint Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient complaints regarding clinical care. Investigate and effectively resolve complaints in a timely, equitable, and satisfactory manner, upholding the clinic's reputation for quality care.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is essential.Minimum of 1 year of experience in the discipline OR 3 years' experience in the discipline OR a Master's Degree with no experience.
Licensure & Certifications:Current/valid RN license from the state licensing board.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience: 3 years of related experience in a clinic/physician office required.
