Collaborative Environment

We round together three times daily to ensure a coordinated, patient-centered approach that values every voice at the table.

Consistent Night Schedule

Enjoy the stability of three 12-hour night shifts each week while delivering life-saving care.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Nurse in our CVICU, you'll care for patients recovering from procedures such as open-heart surgery, catheter-based valve replacements, vascular interventions, and thoracic surgeries. You'll assess changes in patient conditions, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate closely with your interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Active RN license (MD or Compact State) Prior ICU experience required; cardiovascular ICU preferred Proven skills in rhythm interpretation and clinical judgment
