As a Car Washer/Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle is cleaned, polished, and maintained to a high standard before it reaches our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining our dealership's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing. Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery. Apply protective coatings and treatments to paint, trim, and upholstery. Inspect vehicles for any signs of damage or wear and report issues to the service department. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Ensure that all detailing tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups as needed. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in car detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Self motivation is a must. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a drug screening.
