Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year JOB TITLE: General Manager

As a General Manager, you oversee and coordinate all aspects of the car wash operations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and business profitability.
General Manager duties may include:

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified and quality personnel.
• Ensures that all employee onboarding and offboarding procedures are followed.
• Supervises, coaches, and motivates staff.
• Building a strong company work culture through your day-to-day leadership behaviors.
• Writes a weekly strategic employee schedule consistent with business demands.
• Resolves customer escalated complaints and processes damage claims.
• Creates new strategies to continually improve service and profitability and customer & employee satisfaction.
• Creates and updates car wash policies and procedures as needed.
• Monitors chemical usage and maintains chemical inventory for cost control.
• Ensures compliance with equipment, property maintenance and safety policies.
• Monitors the handling of all cash deposits for accuracy and to minimize loss.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and operational budget costs.
• Implements marketing plan initiatives as directed.
• Evaluates and selects vendors and regularly monitors quality and cost competitiveness.
• Engages in continuous improvement activities related to car wash operations.

General Manager requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays and at other locations on occasion.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver\'s license, a reliable personal vehicle and proof of state minimum auto insurance.
• Proactive individual who thrives in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, planning/delegation, and customer service skills.
• Mechanical ability helpful.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
• The position requires the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as walking, standing (100% of shift), bending, stooping, and handling of tools/materials as well as lifting up to 25 lbs.
