Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time technician to service our customers in the greater Twin Cities area. You will be closely connected to our in-house service team for help with troubleshooting, submitting weekly reports, and for any new product training. Our service representatives are the 'face' of the company post-installation, therefore we are looking for someone who is well-spoken and a great representative of our family-owned and operated business.

Responsibilities

Installing equipment and testing new equipment Conduct routine monthly preventative maintenance Conducting emergency repairs Meeting with the customer to determine nature of service and repairs Maintaining equipment stock in company vehicle Completed job reports submitted weekly

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent customer service skills Having past field experience is a plus but not a requirement. Possess a basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity that will be built upon with training. Ability to work with car wash parts weighing up to 50 pounds and some as high up as 8'. Comfortable and confident in working with these conditions A valid driver's license and no major moving violations A set of your own mechanic hand tools (specialized tools will be provided)

Location

: This service technician will be responsible for all of our customers in the greater Twin Cities area, commuting by company vehicle. Infrequently we may request a longer commitment from you that may require overnight travel.
