Summary

The Carwash Attendant delivers a clean, safe, and efficient wash experience by guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintaining a clean site, and assisting customers with questions or concerns. This entry-level position is responsible for vacuum area upkeep, lot cleanliness, and ensuring vehicles are properly loaded onto the conveyor. Attendants play a key role in both safety and service, helping maintain site flow during busy periods and creating a positive customer impression.

Vehicle Loading & Safety 35%

Guides vehicles onto the conveyor safely and confidently, ensuring wheels are aligned and customers understand braking, steering, and neutral requirements. Monitors tunnel entrance for obstructions or unsafe activity and stops wash when necessary.

Customer Service 25%

Greets customers with a friendly attitude, answers basic questions, and communicates any safety or service instructions clearly. Assists with membership-related questions and escalates customer concerns to a Team Lead or Manager.

Vacuum & Lot Maintenance 20%

Cleans vacuum areas, trash cans, walkways, and common spaces. Checks vacuums for clogs and reports equipment issues. Ensures towels, buckets, and other supplies are stocked and organized.

Site Cleanliness & Upkeep 15%

Performs routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, pressure washing, window wiping, and general trash pickup throughout the site. Keeps the lobby and equipment areas clean.

Other Duties as Assigned 5%

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 - 42.0 per week
