Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and performing various cleaning tasks to enhance the appearance of their vehicles.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs. Perform exterior washing, including hand washing, rinsing, and drying vehicles. Conduct detailing services such as vacuuming, interior cleaning, and buffing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and organized. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including janitorial duties as needed. Drive vehicles safely within the facility when required. Stay updated on car wash techniques and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with car wash processes, detailing techniques, and buffing is a plus. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail; custodial or janitorial experience is beneficial. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles safely. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting items as needed. Experience with window tinting is an added advantage but not required.
