Job Description

Duties:

- Perform car wash and detailing services, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, and window cleaning.

- Use appropriate tools and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning process.

- Apply wax, polish, or other protective agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles.

- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery to remove dirt and stains.

- Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including dashboards, consoles, and door panels.

- Assist customers with selecting appropriate car wash packages and add-on services.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in car washing or detailing is preferred but not required.

- Ability to buff and detail vehicles to a high standard of quality.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Knowledge of vehicles and cleaning techniques is a plus.

- Ability to perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
