Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales efforts such as cold calling, networking events, and outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software to ensure consistent progress toward sales targets.
Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing high-end products or services.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively by applying strong negotiation skills and understanding client requirements thoroughly.
Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Support inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with sales activities.
Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations at trade shows or industry events to promote our offerings confidently.
Assist in retail sales environments by providing knowledgeable guidance to customers and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while ensuring accurate recordkeeping of all sales activities.

Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or automobile sales preferred.
Strong negotiation abilities coupled with excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--are essential for success in this role.
Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enabling effective engagement with diverse customer bases.
Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines is required; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Demonstrated ability in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and telemarketing combined with effective phone etiquette.
Experience in dealership or automotive sales is advantageous but not mandatory; a background in retail math and retail psychology can be beneficial.
Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions.
Strong public speaking skills for representing the company at events or client meetings confidently.
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward upselling and enhancing the customer experience.
Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand positioning within competitive markets.
