What we are looking for:

Friendly, upbeat individuals with exceptional customer service skills and rapport building Ability to maintain knowledge of dealership inventory Confidence in creating a positive impression on customers with active listening to determine customers wants and needs Possess a positive personality who LOVE talking and interacting with people

What you will do:

Meet & Greet customers as they approach the dealership Check in customers via BDC/Internet Department upon arrival to show they are on the showroom floor Maintain a professional appearance throughout sales process Be a team player Communicate effectively with customers to fulfill their needs and wants

No college education required
