Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs.
Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features and benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market and dealership inventory.
Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage potential customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Attend dealership events and community outreach programs to promote the brand.
Skills
Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
Public speaking skills to confidently present vehicles to customers.
Ability to work independently in outside sales environments.
Familiarity with dealership operations and market trends is a plus.
