Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 (with occasional on-call needs)

In this role, you'll often be helping customers during stressful or unexpected situations, providing reassurance and taking the worry out of securing a reliable rental vehicle. Our office stays busy, and the ability to multitask efficiently is crucial. If you enjoy helping others, and can handle multiple customers and tasks at once -- all while staying friendly and accurate -- this role is for you.

Job Duties:

Handle a high volume of calls and walk-in customers Create rental agreements quickly and accurately Explain rental terms clearly and professionally Verify customer eligibility and required documentation Manage payments, deposits, and invoicing Juggle fleet scheduling and vehicle availability Perform vehicle check-ins/checkouts and condition inspections Complete paperwork and maintain organized records Coordinate with insurance companies for direct billing and claims Assist customers who are navigating stressful or unexpected situations, helping ease their worries by securing a dependable rental vehicle Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, fast-moving office Occasional On Call Weekends (with pay)
